Wow what a season! After a very long and hard battle throughout the season with an excellent 14 wins and 1 loss in the league table, Headington Ladies FC secured 2nd place and missed out topping the table by 3 points! We are proud of all our players that contributed this season. From boggy pitches, torrential rain to scorching sun and even a tornado passing through mid match (you read that right, a tornado!), Headington have worked their socks off to be where they are in the table. Headington Ladies FC also made it to the semi finals in the TVCWF League cup, creating deadly scorelines to secure their place all the way up until the semi finals! Unfortunately it wasn't meant to be after facing Oxford City but there's always next year!

Particular mentions to;

- Captain Millie. 

Millie has shown strength and resilience . She never gives up, is always in the right place at the right time, shows unconditional support to the team, is always helping others and  she does it all with a big smile on her face! A huge thank you to Millie from the team!

Our top 3 goal scorers;

Hope, a whopping 21 goals in 19 games and securing 3rd place in the top goal scorers table!

- Rebecca, after having a fun and friendly competition with Hope, she ended on 20 Goals in 15 games and securing 4th place in the top goal scorers table! 

- CD, creating some of the most beautiful goals we've seen this seasons! 11 goals in 17 games and secured 15th place in the top goal scorers table!

A big thank you for all your hard work for the 24-25 season - Lou, Hope, Sophie.F, Lucy, Shannon, Lauren, Emma and Millie. 

And of course we can't forget our coach Robson! Although we are sad to hear Robson won't be with us for the 25-26 season, we cannot thank Robson enough for all his time, expertise and his will to drive us into making sure our season was successful! Thank you so much Robson! You will be dearly missed by all from  Headington Ladies FC.
